Prohibited content

• Pornography, sexual services, non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, or any sexual content involving minors.
• Hate, dehumanization, extremist recruitment or terrorist support.
• Instructions that facilitate serious violence, illegal weapons or drug sales.
• Fraud, phishing, deceptive impersonation, or fabricated claims intended to mislead.
• Content that violates law, privacy, intellectual-property rights, or connected-platform policies.

Enforcement

MENAContent AI may block a request before generation, reject unsafe generated output before saving, restrict repeated misuse, and preserve only minimal safety-event metadata without retaining the prohibited prompt in operational logs.

Real people, identity and reports

• Use a person's face, photo or voice only if you are that person or have their permission.
• Personal photos, face verification and AI Video require a one-time identity check of the account holder: an official ID, a live selfie and a face match, run by our verification provider. MENAContent AI keeps only the result, the verified name and the document country.
• Every AI video carries invisible provenance metadata identifying it as AI-generated by MENAContent AI, and is linked in our records to the account, time, model and file fingerprint that produced it. Nothing is drawn on the picture unless the user asks for a visible label.
• Anyone can report content at menacontentai.com/report. Reports about the use of a person's face or voice are reviewed first.
• Content that breaks this policy is removed from MENAContent AI, and scheduled publishing is cancelled. Accounts may be suspended: generation and publishing stop, while viewing, downloading, deleting content and appealing remain available.

Deepfake incident response

1. Reports about a person's face or voice, deepfakes, sexual content or child safety are marked urgent and reviewed first, within 48 hours.
2. Confirmed content is removed from MENAContent AI and its scheduled publishing is cancelled; posts already published on social platforms are deleted from the connected account.
3. The account may be suspended. A new verification with the same identity document as a suspended account is held for review.
4. Every action is recorded in an audit log. We reply to the reporter when an email was given, and cooperate with platforms, AI providers and authorities where the law requires.

Context matters

Legitimate education, news, prevention, health, safety, and support content may be allowed when it does not facilitate harm or sexual exploitation.

التطبيق

يجوز للنظام منع الطلب قبل التوليد، ورفض المخرجات غير الآمنة قبل حفظها، وتقييد إساءة الاستخدام المتكررة، مع الاحتفاظ ببيانات الحدث الأمنية الضرورية فقط دون تخزين نص الطلب المخالف في سجل التشغيل.

الأشخاص الحقيقيون والهوية والبلاغات

• لا تستخدم وجه شخص أو صورته أو صوته إلا إذا كنت أنت هذا الشخص أو لديك إذنه.
• تتطلب الصور الشخصية وتوثيق الوجه والفيديو بالذكاء الاصطناعي توثيقاً لمرة واحدة لهوية صاحب الحساب: هوية رسمية وصورة حية ومطابقة للوجه، يجريها مزوّد التوثيق. يحتفظ MENAContent AI بالنتيجة والاسم الموثّق وبلد الوثيقة فقط.
• يحمل كل فيديو مولّد بالذكاء الاصطناعي بيانات مصدر غير مرئية تبيّن أنه مولّد بواسطة MENAContent AI، ويرتبط في سجلاتنا بالحساب والوقت والنموذج وبصمة الملف. لا يُرسم شيء على الصورة إلا إذا طلب المستخدم علامة ظاهرة.
• يمكن لأي شخص الإبلاغ عن محتوى عبر menacontentai.com/report. البلاغات عن استخدام وجه شخص أو صوته تُراجع أولاً.
• يُزال المحتوى المخالف من MENAContent AI وتُلغى جدولة نشره. ويجوز إيقاف الحساب: يتوقف التوليد والنشر، ويبقى عرض المحتوى وتنزيله وحذفه وطلب المراجعة متاحاً.

الاستجابة لحوادث التزييف العميق

1. البلاغات عن وجه شخص أو صوته، أو التزييف العميق، أو المحتوى الجنسي، أو سلامة الأطفال تُعلَّم عاجلة وتُراجع أولاً خلال 48 ساعة.
2. يُزال المحتوى المؤكد من MENAContent AI وتُلغى جدولة نشره، وتُحذف المنشورات المنشورة فعلاً من الحساب المرتبط على المنصات.
3. يجوز إيقاف الحساب، ويُعلَّق للمراجعة أي توثيق جديد بنفس وثيقة هوية حساب موقوف.
4. يُسجَّل كل إجراء في سجل تدقيق. نرد على المُبلّغ إن ترك بريده، ونتعاون مع المنصات ومزوّدي الذكاء الاصطناعي والسلطات حيث يلزم القانون.

السياق مهم

قد يُسمح بالمحتوى المشروع للتعليم أو الأخبار أو الوقاية أو الصحة أو السلامة أو الدعم ما دام لا يسهّل الضرر أو الاستغلال الجنسي.
