How to request deletion

1. In the app (fastest): open Account → Security & privacy → Delete account and confirm. You receive a receipt and can check its status; the cleanup steps are described below.
2. Only stop social access: disconnect Facebook and/or Instagram in the app, or remove MENAContent AI from your Meta settings.
3. By email: if you cannot sign in, email privacy@menacontentai.com from the address on your account with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include the account email and, if relevant, the Facebook Page or Instagram account you connected. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may verify account ownership first.

What deleting an item means

Removing a saved photo or logo from one Profile only unlinks that Profile; other Profiles retain the same file. Removing the account identity unlinks it from Account and deletes only files that no Profile or Campaign still references. To delete an uploaded shared file, unlink it from every Profile and Account first; an active Campaign or scheduled or published content can prevent deletion until resolved. Deleting a Quick Content workspace removes its generated local content and generated media while retaining reusable uploaded assets. Publishing work in progress must finish before deletion. By default, deleting local content does not delete posts already published on Facebook or Instagram. The separate remote-deletion option attempts supported Facebook Page posts and confirms the result; automatic deletion of published Instagram media is unavailable. Delete Instagram posts in Instagram itself.

Account deletion

Account settings provide a verified deletion request. New work is disabled. Pending native AI Video delivery is stopped locally after active uploads finish; a provider request already accepted may still finish or incur charges at that provider. A Quick workspace or Campaign with a reserved or uncertain paid creation, including native AI Video, cannot be deleted separately until its credit reservation is reconciled. Subscriptions and connected automation are stopped, stored files and account data, including the internal credit and provider-cost records, are removed, and the request status can be checked with its receipt. If external advertising cannot be paused or a cleanup step fails, deletion is retried rather than reported as complete. Published Meta posts remain on Meta unless independently deleted there.

Identity-verification providers

Deleting your account deletes MENAContent AI's verification records. Copies held by Didit (account identity check) or BytePlus (verified-person video asset) are not deleted automatically. Email privacy@menacontentai.com and we will ask them to delete those records, or contact them directly.

What may be retained

Some limited information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, billing records, legal obligations, dispute resolution or backup integrity. Data controlled independently by Meta, Stripe or another third party must also be managed through that provider.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. We will confirm when the request has been processed.

Revoke Meta access directly

You can also remove MENAContent AI permissions directly from your Facebook/Meta settings. Revoking access prevents future authorized access, but it does not automatically delete data already stored in MENAContent AI; use the deletion request process above for full deletion.

كيفية طلب حذف البيانات

1. من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع): افتح الحساب ← الأمان والخصوصية ← حذف الحساب وأكّد. ستحصل على إيصال ويمكنك متابعة حالته؛ وخطوات التنظيف موضحة أدناه.
2. لإيقاف الوصول الاجتماعي فقط: افصل Facebook و/أو Instagram من داخل التطبيق، أو أزل MENAContent AI من إعدادات Meta.
3. عبر البريد: إذا تعذر عليك تسجيل الدخول، راسل privacy@menacontentai.com من البريد المرتبط بحسابك وبعنوان Data Deletion Request. اذكر بريد الحساب، وإن كان الأمر متعلقًا بـMeta فاذكر صفحة Facebook أو حساب Instagram المرتبط. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رموز الوصول. قد نتحقق من ملكية الحساب أولًا.

معنى حذف عنصر

إزالة صورة أو شعار من بروفايل تفك ارتباطه بهذا البروفايل فقط؛ وتبقى الصورة نفسها متاحة للبروفايلات الأخرى. إزالة هوية الحساب تفك ارتباط الأصل من Account، ولا تحذف سوى الملفات التي لا يشير إليها بروفايل أو حملة أخرى. لحذف ملف مرفوع ومشترك، افصل ارتباطه بجميع البروفايلات والحساب أولاً؛ وقد تمنع حملة نشطة أو قطعة مجدولة أو منشورة حذفه إلى أن تُعالج. حذف مساحة Quick Content يزيل المحتوى والوسائط المولدة محلياً، مع إبقاء الملفات المرفوعة القابلة لإعادة الاستخدام. يجب أن ينتهي النشر الجاري قبل الحذف. حذف المحتوى من MENA لا يحذف افتراضياً منشورات Facebook أو Instagram المنشورة سابقاً. يوجد خيار منفصل يحاول حذف منشورات صفحة Facebook المدعومة ويتحقق من النتيجة؛ لا يتوفر الحذف التلقائي لوسائط Instagram المنشورة، ويجب حذفها من Instagram.

حذف الحساب

تتيح إعدادات الحساب طلب حذف بعد التحقق. يتوقف العمل الجديد. يُوقف تسليم فيديو AI المعلّق محلياً بعد انتهاء أي رفع جارٍ؛ وقد يكمل المزود طلباً سبق قبوله أو يحتسب تكلفته لديه. لا يمكن حذف مساحة Quick أو حملة فيها عملية إنشاء مدفوعة محجوزة أو غير مؤكدة، بما فيها فيديو AI، على حدة قبل مطابقة حجز النقاط وتسويته. ثم تُوقف الاشتراكات والأتمتة المرتبطة وتُزال الملفات المخزنة وبيانات الحساب، بما فيها سجل النقاط وتكلفة المزودين الداخلي، ويمكن متابعة الطلب بإيصاله. إذا تعذر إيقاف إعلان خارجي أو فشلت خطوة تنظيف، تُعاد المحاولة ولا نعلن اكتمال الحذف قبل نجاحها. تبقى منشورات Meta المنشورة على Meta ما لم تُحذف هناك بشكل مستقل.

مزودو التحقق من الهوية

حذف حسابك يحذف سجلات التحقق لدى MENAContent AI. أما النسخ لدى Didit (التحقق من هوية الحساب) أو BytePlus (أصل فيديو الشخص الموثّق) فلا تُحذف تلقائيًا. راسل privacy@menacontentai.com وسنطلب منهما حذفها، أو تواصل معهما مباشرة.

ما الذي قد نحتفظ به

قد نحتفظ بقدر محدود من المعلومات عندما يكون ذلك مطلوبًا للأمان أو منع الاحتيال أو سجلات الفوترة أو الالتزامات القانونية أو حل النزاعات أو سلامة النسخ الاحتياطية. أما البيانات التي تتحكم بها Meta أو Stripe أو أي طرف ثالث بشكل مستقل فيجب إدارتها أيضًا من خلال ذلك المزود.

المدة

نسعى إلى إكمال طلبات الحذف التي تم التحقق منها خلال 30 يومًا، ما لم يسمح أو يتطلب القانون مدة أطول. وسنؤكد لك عند معالجة الطلب.

إلغاء وصول Meta مباشرة

يمكنك أيضًا إزالة صلاحيات MENAContent AI مباشرة من إعدادات Facebook/Meta. إلغاء الوصول يمنع الوصول المستقبلي المصرح به، لكنه لا يحذف تلقائيًا البيانات المخزنة مسبقًا داخل MENAContent AI؛ استخدم طلب الحذف أعلاه للحذف الكامل.
