1. Music sources in MENA

The music picker for Reels and AI videos offers these choices. Images, carousels and stories have no music. You can change the music of a finished Reel or AI video later, free of credits, until it is scheduled or published.

2. Your confirmation when uploading

By uploading any file you confirm that:

• You own it or hold a valid licence permitting its use in commercial marketing content, its editing and combination with images or video (“synchronisation” for music), and publication on social platforms and in ads.
• It does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or likeness.
• It contains nothing prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.

Music cannot be uploaded until you tick this declaration: “I own or have licensed this music for commercial use.” We store the declaration with the file: its wording, the time and the account that confirmed it.

3. Warning about protected songs

Facebook and Instagram detect protected music automatically and may mute the audio, block the post or reject the ad when a song is used without a valid licence, even briefly, and sometimes even when you hold a licence. MENA does not guarantee that a platform will accept music you upload, and credits are not returned if a platform mutes audio you supplied.

4. Your licence to us

You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transform the file (trim, subtitle, combine, compress, adjust loudness), send it to our sub-processors and publish it to your connected accounts, solely to do what you ask. We do not use your files for anything else.

5. Our right to remove

We may remove any file or content, or stop its publication, without prior notice if we receive a reasonable infringement report or consider it in breach of this policy or the law. We will tell you about the removal, and you can object by providing proof of licence.

6. Copyright reports

Rights holders can report at menacontentai.com/report (category “Copyright”) with: the rights holder’s identity, the infringed work, where the content is, and a statement that the report is accurate. We remove infringing content after checking and may suspend repeat infringers.

7. Music you upload: limits, storage and deletion

• Formats and limits: MP3, M4A, WAV or AAC; up to 20 MB; from 5 seconds to 10 minutes long; up to 30 saved tracks per account.
• Checking and preparing: MENA checks the audio itself, not only the file name. At upload it prepares one copy with normalized loudness and keeps only that copy, not the original file.
• In each Reel: MENA fits the track to the Reel length, lowers it under the voice-over and fades it out at the end.
• Storage: your music is stored privately in your account (Frankfurt, Germany) and is used only in your own Reels.
• Deletion: you can delete a track at any time from “My music”. Deleting it removes the audio file; we keep the declaration record as evidence for Reels already made with it. A track cannot be deleted while a Reel is being made with it; delete it once the Reel is ready. To delete your whole account, see the Data Deletion Instructions.

لا تُرفع الموسيقى قبل أن تؤكد هذا الإقرار: «أملك هذه الموسيقى أو لدي ترخيص لاستخدامها تجاريًا.» ونحفظ الإقرار مع الملف: نصه ووقته والحساب الذي أكّده.

3. تنبيه بشأن الأغاني المحمية

يكشف فيسبوك وإنستغرام الموسيقى المحمية تلقائيًا، وقد يكتمان الصوت أو يحجبان المنشور أو يمنعان الإعلان إذا استُخدمت أغنية دون ترخيص صالح، حتى لو كان الاستخدام قصيرًا، وأحيانًا حتى إن كان لديك ترخيص. لا يضمن مينا قبول المنصة لأي موسيقى ترفعها، ولا يُعاد الكريدت إذا كتمت المنصة صوتًا رفعته أنت.

4. ترخيصك لنا

تمنحنا ترخيصًا محدودًا لتخزين الملف ومعالجته وتحويله (قص، ترجمة، دمج، ضغط، ضبط مستوى الصوت) وإرساله إلى مزودي الخدمة ونشره على حساباتك المرتبطة، فقط لتنفيذ ما تطلبه. لا نستخدم ملفاتك لغير ذلك.

5. حقنا في الإزالة

يجوز لنا دون إشعار مسبق إزالة أي ملف أو محتوى أو إيقاف نشره إذا تلقينا بلاغًا معقولًا بانتهاك حقوق، أو رأينا أنه يخالف هذه السياسة أو القانون. نُبلغك بالإزالة، ويمكنك الاعتراض بتقديم دليل الترخيص.

6. بلاغات حقوق الملكية

لأصحاب الحقوق الإبلاغ عبر menacontentai.com/report (فئة «حقوق نشر») مع: هوية صاحب الحق، والعمل المنتهك، ومكان المحتوى، وإقرار بصحة البلاغ. نزيل المحتوى المنتهك بعد التحقق، وقد نوقف الحسابات المتكررة.

7. الموسيقى التي ترفعها: الحدود والتخزين والحذف

• الصيغ والحدود: MP3 أو M4A أو WAV أو AAC؛ حتى 20 ميغابايت؛ من 5 ثوانٍ إلى 10 دقائق؛ حتى 30 مقطوعة محفوظة لكل حساب.
• الفحص والتجهيز: يفحص مينا الصوت نفسه، لا اسم الملف فقط. وعند الرفع يجهّز نسخة واحدة بمستوى صوت موحّد، ويحتفظ بهذه النسخة وحدها لا بالملف الأصلي.
• في كل ريل: يضبط مينا المقطوعة على طول الريل، ويخفضها تحت التعليق الصوتي، ويخفتها تدريجيًا في النهاية.
• التخزين: تُخزّن موسيقاك بشكل خاص في حسابك (فرانكفورت، ألمانيا)، ولا تُستخدم إلا في ريلزك أنت.
• الحذف: يمكنك حذف أي مقطوعة في أي وقت من «موسيقاي». الحذف يزيل ملف الصوت، ونحتفظ بسجل الإقرار دليلًا للريلز التي صُنعت بها. لا يمكن حذف مقطوعة أثناء صنع ريل بها؛ احذفها بعد أن يجهز الريل. لحذف حسابك كله، انظر تعليمات حذف البيانات.
