1. Principle

A real person’s face or voice appears in content generated through MENA only if they are the account holder or an adult who gave documented consent, verified where we require it.

When identity verification is required: only when you choose to use a real person’s photo — uploading your personal photo, or using a photo in a post, Reel, video, avatar or face verification. Content without a real person’s photo needs no identity verification, including AI video and MENA’s library characters.

2. Avatar sources and safeguards

Avatar Studio is available on paid plans (not the free trial), within each plan’s number of avatars and voices.

3. Consent

• Your own face: you start verification with explicit consent on the verification provider’s page, and can withdraw it and delete the avatar at any time. When you delete your personal photo or withdraw consent, we delete all your Didit verification sessions.
• Someone else’s face: you confirm they are an adult and have consented in writing to their face being used in AI-generated marketing content for the purpose you use it for, and that you keep and will produce proof of that consent on request. The face owner completes verification themselves.
• Withdrawal: if the face owner withdraws consent or reports to us, we stop using and remove the avatar, and it cannot be reused.
• Your voice: you read MENA’s consent sentence, with two confirmation words shown only to you at that moment, in your own voice; we check automatically that the recording says that sentence and those words before your voice can be used. That recording is the only sample used for your voice. Using another person’s voice is not allowed. You can delete your voice at any time, which deletes the recording.

4. Always prohibited

• Celebrities, public figures, politicians and influencers, even with claimed consent, unless under a documented licence we review in advance.
• Children and minors (under 18): their photos and voices are never used for customer avatars or video. Because every avatar from a real photo must match a verified adult, a child’s photo cannot become an avatar.
• Anyone without consent, or deceased persons without heirs’ permission.
• Impersonation, making a person appear to say or do something they did not in a misleading way, or deepfakes.
• Any sexual, nude, degrading or violent depiction of a real person.
• Revealing clothing: outfits and appearance respect public taste and local values (hijab, abaya, kandura…). Revealing clothing is refused before any paid step.

5. Labelling generated content

• AI videos and Avatar Studio images and videos we deliver carry an invisible file-metadata label (“AI-generated with MENAContent AI”) and a job reference, and we keep a SHA-256 fingerprint of the file linked to the account, time and model. Nothing is drawn on the picture unless you ask for a visible label.
• Platforms may strip metadata on upload, so you are responsible for disclosing that content is AI-generated or AI-altered where Meta’s rules (e.g. the “AI info” label for realistic altered content), advertising rules or the law require it, especially when a realistic-looking person appears.

6. Provider policies

Generation passes through providers with their own face policies (see the Sub-processor List); a provider may refuse a request this policy allows. When a provider refuses for safety reasons we stop that request and do not try another provider; credits are returned under the Refund Policy.

7. Reports and removal

Anyone who sees their face or voice used without permission can report at menacontentai.com/report. These reports are urgent and reviewed first (we aim for 48 hours); the content is deleted from MENA and any scheduled publication is cancelled; the account holder is shown the list of their posts already published on Facebook/Instagram so they can delete them there themselves (MENA does not delete posts on the customer’s pages); and the account may be suspended.

8. Data

Face images and verification results are handled under the Privacy Policy; we do not store the verification document image or the selfie.

• Face match: to check that a photo is the verified face, we read the verification reference image from Didit at the moment of the check, compare it with the photo on our servers, and keep only the outcome (match or not, a score, the method and time, and a fingerprint of the photo). We do not keep a face template or the reference image. Only when our own comparison is unclear, the two images are sent once to Didit’s face-match service with storage at Didit switched off.
• Adults only: from the verification result we keep only whether the person is an adult, never the date of birth. A verification showing a person under 18 is declined.
• Another person’s verification: when someone verifies their identity for your avatar, their verification session is deleted at Didit when you delete the avatar or your account.
• Voice: your consent recording is stored privately and used only to speak in your voice for your account; it is sent to the voice provider for each request; the provider keeps no voice of yours and deletes its request copies within 5 days. Deleting your voice deletes the recording.
• Deletion: deleting an avatar deletes its images and videos; deleting your account deletes all avatars, voices and their files.

لا يظهر وجه شخص حقيقي ولا صوته في محتوى مولّد عبر مينا إلا إذا كان هو صاحب الحساب، أو شخصًا بالغًا وافق موافقة موثّقة، وتحققنا من ذلك حيث نطلب.

متى يلزم التحقق من الهوية: فقط عندما تختار استخدام صورة شخص حقيقي: برفع صورتك الشخصية، أو باستخدام صورة في منشور أو ريل أو فيديو أو أفاتار أو تحقق بالوجه. المحتوى الذي لا يتضمن صورة شخص حقيقي لا يحتاج تحققًا من الهوية، ومنه فيديو الذكاء الاصطناعي وشخصيات مكتبة مينا.

2. مصادر الأفاتار والحماية

استوديو الأفاتار متاح في الباقات المدفوعة (لا في الفترة التجريبية المجانية)، ضمن عدد الأفاتارات والأصوات في كل باقة.

3. الموافقة

• وجهك أنت: تبدأ التحقق بموافقتك الصريحة على صفحة مزود التحقق، ويمكنك سحبها وحذف الأفاتار في أي وقت. وعند حذف صورتك الشخصية أو سحب موافقتك نحذف كل جلسات التحقق الخاصة بك لدى Didit.
• وجه شخص آخر: تقر بأنه بالغ، وأنه وافق كتابيًا على استخدام وجهه في محتوى تسويقي مولّد بالذكاء الاصطناعي للغرض الذي تستخدمه فيه، وأنك تحتفظ بدليل موافقته وتقدمه عند الطلب. ويُكمل صاحب الوجه نفسه التحقق.
• سحب الموافقة: إذا سحب صاحب الوجه موافقته أو أبلغنا، نوقف استخدام الأفاتار ونزيله، ولا يمكن إعادة استخدامه.
• صوتك: تقرأ بصوتك جملة الموافقة من مينا مع كلمتي تأكيد تظهران لك وحدك في تلك اللحظة، ونتحقق تلقائيًا أن التسجيل يقول تلك الجملة وتينك الكلمتين قبل أن يُستخدم صوتك. هذا التسجيل هو العينة الوحيدة المستخدمة لصوتك. لا يُسمح باستخدام صوت شخص آخر. ويمكنك حذف صوتك في أي وقت، فيُحذف التسجيل.

4. الممنوع دائمًا

• المشاهير والشخصيات العامة والسياسيون والمؤثرون، حتى بموافقة مزعومة، إلا بترخيص موثّق نراجعه مسبقًا.
• الأطفال والقاصرون (دون 18 عامًا): لا تُستخدم صورهم ولا أصواتهم أبدًا في أفاتارات العملاء أو الفيديو. ولأن كل أفاتار من صورة حقيقية يجب أن يطابق شخصًا بالغًا موثّقًا، لا يمكن أن تصبح صورة طفل أفاتارًا.
• أي شخص بلا موافقة، أو المتوفون دون إذن الورثة.
• انتحال الشخصية، أو جعل شخص يقول أو يفعل ما لم يقله أو يفعله بطريقة مضللة، أو التزييف العميق.
• أي تصوير جنسي أو عارٍ أو مهين أو عنيف لشخص حقيقي.
• الملابس الكاشفة: اللباس والمظهر يحترمان الذوق العام والقيم المحلية (الحجاب، العباية، الكندورة…)، وتُرفض الملابس الكاشفة قبل أي خطوة مدفوعة.

5. وسم المحتوى المولّد

• تحمل فيديوهات الذكاء الاصطناعي وصور وفيديوهات استوديو الأفاتار التي نسلّمها وسمًا غير مرئي في بيانات الملف («AI-generated with MENAContent AI») ومرجعًا للمهمة، ونحتفظ ببصمة SHA-256 للملف مرتبطة بالحساب والوقت والنموذج. لا يُرسم شيء على الصورة إلا إذا طلبت علامة ظاهرة.
• قد تحذف المنصات بيانات الملف عند الرفع، لذلك أنت مسؤول عن الإفصاح بأن المحتوى مولّد أو معدّل بالذكاء الاصطناعي حيث تفرضه قواعد Meta (مثل وسم «AI info» للمحتوى الواقعي المعدّل) أو قواعد الإعلان أو القانون، وخصوصًا عند ظهور شخص يبدو حقيقيًا.

6. سياسات المزودين

يمر التوليد عبر مزودين لهم سياساتهم الخاصة بالوجوه (انظر قائمة مزودي الخدمة)، وقد يرفض المزود طلبًا لا تمنعه هذه السياسة. وإذا رفض المزود لأسباب تتعلق بالسلامة نوقف ذلك الطلب ولا نجرّب مزودًا آخر، ويُعاد الكريدت وفق سياسة الاسترجاع.

7. البلاغات والإزالة

يمكن لأي شخص يرى وجهه أو صوته مستخدمًا دون إذن الإبلاغ عبر menacontentai.com/report. هذه البلاغات عاجلة وتُراجع أولًا (نسعى خلال 48 ساعة)، ويُحذف المحتوى من مينا ويُلغى أي نشر مجدول له، وتُعرض على صاحب الحساب قائمة منشوراته المنشورة فعلًا على Facebook وInstagram ليحذفها هناك بنفسه (لا يحذف مينا المنشورات من صفحات العميل)، وقد يُوقف الحساب.

8. البيانات

صور الوجه ونتائج التحقق تعالج وفق سياسة الخصوصية؛ لا نخزن صورة الوثيقة ولا الصورة الذاتية للتحقق.

• مطابقة الوجه: للتأكد أن الصورة هي الوجه الموثّق، نقرأ صورة التحقق المرجعية من Didit لحظة الفحص، ونقارنها بالصورة على خوادمنا، ولا نحتفظ إلا بالنتيجة (مطابق أو لا، ودرجة، والطريقة والوقت، وبصمة الصورة). لا نحتفظ بقالب للوجه ولا بالصورة المرجعية. وفقط عندما تكون مقارنتنا غير حاسمة تُرسل الصورتان مرة واحدة إلى خدمة مطابقة الوجه لدى Didit مع إيقاف التخزين لديها.
• البالغون فقط: لا نحتفظ من نتيجة التحقق إلا بكون الشخص بالغًا أو لا، ولا نحتفظ بتاريخ الميلاد أبدًا. ويُرفض التحقق الذي يُظهر أن الشخص دون 18 عامًا.
• توثيق شخص آخر: عندما يوثّق شخص هويته من أجل أفاتارك، تُحذف جلسة توثيقه لدى Didit عند حذفك الأفاتار أو حسابك.
• الصوت: يُحفظ تسجيل موافقتك بشكل خاص ويُستخدم فقط للكلام بصوتك لحسابك؛ ويُرسل إلى مزود الصوت مع كل طلب؛ ولا يحتفظ المزود بصوت لك ويحذف نسخ الطلبات خلال 5 أيام. حذف صوتك يحذف التسجيل.
• الحذف: حذف الأفاتار يحذف صوره وفيديوهاته؛ وحذف حسابك يحذف كل الأفاتارات والأصوات وملفاتها.
